We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving growth in the Technology and ICT training industry. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology solutions and professional training programs, possess strong communication skills, and be able to identify and secure business opportunities with organizations. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into sales. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors’ products and services. 

Previous experience in sales of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Services and Training services is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.
  • Direct in-person marketing by conducting in-person visits to corporate offices, institutions, and organizations to present company products and services. Identifying, approaching, and engaging decision-makers, including CEOs, Directors, HR Managers, Procurement Officers, and Business Heads.
  • Deliver product/service pitches, sales presentations, and demonstrations during physical meetings to prospective clients, highlighting the key features, benefits, value propositions, and distributing marketing materials, and ensure clear communication of value propositions.
  • Perform cold calls, messages, and emails, and follow up with leads across social media and networking platforms (including LinkedIn, Meta, WhatsApp, and Twitter) to secure revenue and develop a strong pipeline for our B2C, B2B, and B2G products and services.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and qualify prospects through outbound calls, emails, networking events, social media outreach, and field activities, and convert them into paying customers. Securing new clients, contracts, and service engagements through direct negotiations.
  • Coordinate and attend sales events, exhibitions, and workshops while creating marketing and sales opportunities to reach greater potential customers.

  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled and market opportunities; monitoring competitive products; analysing and relaying customer reactions.

  • Monitor sales data, track KPIs, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional content, and lead generation strategies to support sales objectives.

  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer Communications

Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Sales, or Related Field of Study (work experience will be substituted for degree)
    • Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in marketing and sales (preferably technology services sales and training sales)
    • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media platforms, and marketing software.
    • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
