Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager for our co-working space will play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing brand presence, and securing partnerships to ensure the long-term success of our business. This individual will focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and developing strategies to attract and retain members while fostering a vibrant and collaborative community within the space.

 Develop and execute strategic plans to increase occupancy rates and revenue streams.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with startups, SMEs, and corporates.
 Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and potential client needs.
 Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the co-working space and its services.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages networking and partnerships among members.
 Organize events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance member engagement and attract new clients.
 Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring high retention rates.

 Actively seek feedback from members and use insights to improve services and offerings.
 Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the co-working space meets the needs of its members.
 Monitor and analyze financial performance, occupancy rates, and other KPIs to track progress against goals.
 Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management.
 Represent the co-working space at industry events, conferences, and community meetings.
 Develop partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and professional organizations to enhance visibility.
 Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
 Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors.

What We're Looking For

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the real estate or co-working space industry.
 Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Knowledge of the co-working industry or shared workspace operations.
 Experience in event planning or community management.
 Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
